We all dream of a miracle in a bottle. And as the ad text that leads us to believe that there is: an instant lift. Zero pores. Smoothness of the paper. However, our obsession with being perfect, is absurd. Wrinkles happen – adding character and depth of the face. Other changes are happening and – characteristics of the structure may become more pronounced and the bones become more angular over time. We still have scars. We have freckles. And shock and the other students. Are these disasters? Or just a map of our life? Some products may help offset this increase, but aging is a natural (and beautiful), which happens to us all. And acceptance, not denial, looks better in the world.
Many product lines have become too complicated – besides being expensive time. It can be simple and effective. Many of us abuse the skin anyway – if it dries, it tends to over moisturize, if you’re fat, we tend to over strip.
Great skin care, makeup and does not cost much. A pot of $ 100 moisturizer? Forget it! Not many of us can afford a daily routine in this price range. So do not get caught in the madness of the market and not pay for the pseudo-science. Your support is all that matters.
Here are my 10 tips for skin:
- Protect against the sun – use sunscreen and avoid direct sunlight between 10 and2
- No – I repeat – No smoking. Your skin is an important organ that needs a lot of movement. Smoking impairs that dramatically. That’s why smokers’ skin looks dull and gray. Instead of oxygen generated by the blood to the surface of the skin, they are getting poisons and oxidants.
- Get enough rest and nutrition.
- Protect yourself from stress – both emotional and environmental stress.
- Wash your face twice a day and put in the treatment product. I’m surprised that women tell me they do not wash your face in the morning. Collects much more repulsive night – dead skin cells, dirt and dust.
- Do not forget to certain areas of the skin. Elbows, heels, neck and décolletage need moisturizing, and the scalp and the tops of your feet need sun protection.
- Touch your face less and wash your hands more! Do not get too surgical on yourself. It is tempting to pick up, touch, press, and the zero in front of the mirror. But the more you traumatize the skin, the greater the risk of scarring. Apply treatment products and let them work.
- Maintain cleanliness. Replace the sponges in your compact on a regular basis. From time to time, put all the work and start again – the average life of cosmetics is 6 to 12 months. Do not buy products so expensive that it would break your heart if you have to shoot.
- Exercise in moderation. More is not always better. Moisturizer, for example, is the most used in the United States. We were fooled by cosmetic companies into thinking that every inch of our body should be smeared. And it’s not true. Exfoliators are another thing to watch. It is used very often over acidify and irritate the skin.
- Be careful of girls against. If so, would be in the bathroom for two hours each morning – putting 80 layers on your face. Keep your system simple. And when you add a new product, do it gradually so your skin has time to adapt. Each product in skin care or makeup has an average of 20 to 40 ingredients – is introducing 20 to 40 potential allergens in the face every time you try something new ….
